Chetan Bhagat, the authors of popular books like Five Point Some one, A Night at the Call Center is all set to turn screenplay writer for the latest Salman Khan-starrer film, to be directed by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film is a remake of Telugu film Kick (2009), starring Ravi Teja and Ileana, directed by Surender Reddy.
"Happy to share with you that I'll be writing the screenplay of 'Kick' starring Salman Khan and directed by Sajid Nadiadwala" (sic), Chetan posted on his Twitter page. His bestseller novel, Five Point Some One inspired Bollywood's biggest blockbuster film 3 Idiots.
