ACB in Liquor Mafia Loop Holes

Couple of months back ACB raids across the state of Andhra Pradesh on Liquor Mafia created lot of sensation. Top politicians got scared as ACB went on arrests spree which left many running for cover. When ACB conducted raids except in Vijayanagaram, opposition alleged that PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana who hails from the region, used his influence to control ACB from entering the region. Lot of news flowed in with ACB unearthing huge money and documents which proved that liquor shops have been owned by politicians through benamis.

Now ACB seems to have landed in Liquor Mafia loop holes as it changed its stand and in its argument in front of court said that it did not have sufficient proof against all those arrested and included in FIR.

Now analysts are watching what action High Court will take on ACB for acting in such highly irresponsible manner. Irony and the most startling fact is that ACB is unable to find proofs on more than 50% of people it arrested in this connection. The entire dealings in Liquor Mafia came out accidentally when ACB started enquiring on news that came out in Kareemnagar on kickbacks in Liquor mafia. It has to be seen what will happen to the case.
