20 Objectionable scenes in Denikaina Ready


Our readers might be aware of the controversy raging between actor Mohan Babu and Brahmin associations over the issue of derogatory representation of Brahmins community in the film 'Denikaina Ready. The government has appointed a special committee to see the film on Wednesday. Social Welfare principal secretary Raymond Peter has been appointed as the chairman of the committee and Chandravadan, commissioner, Information & Public Relations, as secretary. AP Film Chamber of Commerce Committee President Thammareddy Bharadwaj also named in the committee.

The committe instituted by  Andhra Pradesh Government had finally watched the special screening of Denikaina Ready and had reported that 20 scenes were objectionable. They would now discuss the cuts with the movie team and decide the cuts.
