Telugu born actress Bindu Madhavi had suffered injuries in a freak accident on the sets of a Tamil film Sattam Oru Iruttarai in Hong Kong. Piaa Bajpai is also shooting along with Bindhu and is also injured. Both of them are involved in an action sequence.
A scene requires Bindu Madhavi and Piaa Bajpai to board a chopper, and just when they are about to shoot for the scene, they fell down accidentally from the helicopter and sustained injuries. The unit immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for immediate first aid. It may be recalled that Bindu Madhavi, recently met with a car accident while she was shooting in Mysore.
