Besides being generous towards shredding clothes, Sexy Siren Shriya Saran is all set to show the other side of her. Playing the role of a princess, she is going to wield Sword for her forthcoming Tamil-Kannada bilingual Chandra, will vouch for the same. The actress had to perform a Kalari fight sequence for the film.
She wrote on her Twitter page, "Shot for a Kalari (fight sequence) at a beautiful temple, bare foot! Those swords are heavy and painful. I wonder how those fighters won battles and conquered kingdoms!"
The fight was shot near a monument in Nandi Gram in Bangalore for over two days. This scene comes at a juncture when Shriya, who plays a princess, signals Prem, a master in Kalaripayattu, for a duel. It's more romantic than aggressive.
