Dharmana in a fix

Dharmana Prasada Rao who resigned from his minister post after court passed strictures on him in case of Vanpic issue later however got a breather with CBI submitting in court that it did not have enough evidence to prove charges. Buoyed by the stand, CM Kiran and his council of ministers gave clean chit to Dharmana facilitating his reentry into cabinet. It even rejected CBI request for prosecution of Dharmana and sent the file to Governor.

However Dharmana is in a fix and is waiting before joining the cabinet once again. While his colleagues are requesting him to attend the meet, Dharmana informed CM that he would wait for the Governor's decision before joining the cabinet. Dharmana is worried that if he takes any hasty decision, then it may back fire on him.

There were incidents earlier during which Governors rejected state govt's requests, and gave permission for CBI prosecution of ministers. So though CBI tried to save Dharmana, damsel's sword is still hanging over his head, and only Governor can remove it with his quick decision relieving Dharmana of the mental torture.
