Rana Daggubati to debut in Tamil with Ajith's movie

Our readers are aware that 'Panja' fame Vishnuvardhan is directing a movie with Ajith in the lead. Going by the rumours in Kollywood, the director had roped in Young Tollywood actor Rana Daggubati for doing a cameo, which will require him to shoot for three to four days. The first schedule of this film has just been completed, with the makers shooting in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.

The cast of this multi-starrer includes Nayanthara, Arya, Taapsee, Suman Ranganathan, Kishore and Mahesh Manjhrekar along with Ajith. With Rana's inclusion in the film, it makes it one of the biggest multi-starrers that Kollywood has made in recent times. With Ajith and Vishnuvardhan teaming up after their much successful Billa, the expectations from the film are enormous. It is now left to see if the pre-release hype of the star cast is worth it all.

Nani's Paisa on YS Jagan?

Going by the rumours in Filmnagar, Nani's upcoming movie 'Paisa' is about the corruption of Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The onlookers at the shooting spot confirms resemblance with the current political scenario in the state. However, director Krishna Vamsi refused an such relation, he said, "the film does not have anything to do with Jagan Mohan Reddy, or any other politician but the film's backdrop reflects the current political scenario in the state. And Nani is playing an interesting role of a Sherwani model from Old City in this film."

The movie is touted to be an action thriller and has completed 70% of the shooting and is now left with climax and a song shoot.

AP Film chamber of Commerce election results Revealed !

The polling for AP Film Chamber of commerce took place on Sunday. Tammareddy Bharadwaj panel representing Progressive Producers (supported by Small Producers) and Sravanthi Ravi Kishore panel representing Active Producers (supported by Suresh Babu and group) took on each other for 12 posts. Out of the 12, Tammareddy Bhardwaj won 11 posts. Only K.Ashok Kumar from Active Producers got elected.Later, elected members chose Tammareddy Bhardwaj as President.

Cherry fighting Black commandos

Director VV Vinayak is shooting a interesting fight at Chhotelal Ghat near the Mullickghat flower market. Charan is seen fighting with a group of Black commandos with a Trishul. The fight sequence is being choreographed by Kamal Kannan. The shooting began on 22nd of this month will conclude today. The next schedule of the movie will take place in Greece and Iceland in which few songs of the movie will be shot.

Kajal Agarwal and Amala Paul are acting as the female leads and Thaman composing the music for this movie. Cherry is the title under consideration for this movie and is expected to release for Sankranthi next year.

Badshah unit back to Hyderabad

As the anxiety of NTR fans is on a rise regarding the new look of their hero in his upcoming movie, Badshah, the movie had completed its first schedule in Europe. Few crucial scenes and 2 songs of this movie in this 20 odd day schedule. The movie unit is back in Hyderabad yesterday night.

Kajal Agarwal is the female lead in the movie. This is the second time Kajal pairing up with NTR once again after Brindavanam.The movie will be produced by Bandla Ganesh Babu under Parameswara Arts banner. Thaman who worked for Srinu Vaitla’s earlier movie Dookudu will also work for this movie.
