Boney Kapoor is set to produce the remake of the 2003 Telugu film featured Mahesh Babu, Bhumika Chawla and Prakash Raj "Okkadu". His son Arjun Kapoor is going to play the main lead. It will go on floors next year.
The film will go on floors in June 2013. Arjun is busy with other projects including 'Aurangazeb', 'Gundey' and '2 States'. Once he is done with these films, he will start shooting for the remake. However, the heroine and and the director of this film are yet to be finalized.
